Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

If you use this online function, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including information about the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your declaration of withdrawal through the withdrawal function (the so-called “withdrawal button”) before the withdrawal period expires.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
In this case, it is sufficient to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount that is proportionate to the services already provided up to the point at which you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
